    New install

Here is a job Matt J is finishing that is located about 45 minutes away.

This owner has been remodeling for 5 years and had been planning for radiant for a while. He basically cut the concrete out of his garage and put in tubing and re-poured over it. They also tore up the driveway and entry and put in snowmelt.

The Kitchen was also part of a new addition and the owner put in tubing for a floor warming application.

We took a Caleffi Hydrolink for our zone pumps and ran a B&G brazed-plate HX for a simple on/off snowmelt system.

The interesting thing was that the mechanical room was 57" x 61" and floor space was at a premium in that there is an existing sump pit and floor space had been reserved for a steam shower unit. To note: the walk in shower on the back side of this mechanical room is roughly 8' x 5'.

Matt....stand up and take a bow, and thanks for all of the hard work.

    Nice job Paul and co.

Looks like a Ron Jr. dream space...but I digress.

Diamond plate makes it look SO nice. I have a hard time convincing folks that painted plywood makes a nice backdrop ! Chris

    galv. sheet

I have been using galvinized steel behind my stuff and although
it looks good when new it wont for long I have to look into the cost of diamond plate like that. It looks great. Its a lot more than diamond plate that makes that look good though. It really shows pride in your work.

    Gorgeous Work!!!!

Mechanical Excellence! What else can be said? I think I will have to use some diamond plate backing. It just looks awesome. I must also say it is so gratifying to know that there are other companies out there that really care!!!

How are you controlling the snowmelt temps

Looks like you are injecting from the HX.
