Prestige Boiler

I had an issue with a Prestige solo 110 boiler. It developed a small drip where the condensate drain is pressed into the heat exchanger. I called my distributor at 8:45 am, had a reply and a game plan by 9:30am and the warranty replacement boiler was at my shop by 1pm. No fuss, no muss.

I am very impressed with Triangle Tube and appreciate the high levels of integrity and professionalism that they embrace.

Good for you Tim (I mean support wise),

I had the same issue recently with a 250, and support was phenominal,, hey anyone can get a bad one,,didn`t discourage me a bit from TT products!
Hope it does not happen too often though!

We installed out first one last week. I'm kind of sheepish about it since I went to the Prestige because my supplier was out of Munchkins or Contenders or whatever they're calling them now, but I may now be a convert. Sweet boiler; easy to install. A little bigger than the Muchkin, but who's complaining.

Been a great boiler, started installing them 2.5 yrs ago and have not looked back. Not one failure of components on any boiler except for one DOA fan. Can't say that for any other lines! Tim

Noot too old

It was on line for about 6 months. No signs of corrosion.

I have about 14 of them installed now and have 6 more in the works. It is my product of choice at this point. Good people with good products, what more can you ask for?
