during the winter you will continue to maintain temp then after say april or may you can turn off switch or you could wire it to be a cold start but have found this to be a slight problem from time to time. if you set the low to say 130 and hi to 160 you get a lower temp for turn on best is to try if you find it can not keep up then go to 140 and 170. royboy ps the circulator does not know you took off the coil so it will still have to raise to setting b4 it will allow it to send current to circulator.

I had a domestic hot water loop removed from my boiler and a electric hot water tank installed. do i need to replace the honeywell triple aquastat type L8124A now that I'm not using it to control the heating of my domestic water? and if it is to stay intack what should i set the high,low and diff set points to?
