Not such a bad idea, but the same thing cam be accomplished with conventional materials, basically just lots of insulation, ventilation and strategically placed windows.

"green" technology is wonderful. But The new NY times has a similar type of ceramic rods place in front of windows which are failing, falling off, collecting ice.
I like the way architects, point fingers on the construction worker.
These newer green products are hiting the shelves so fast without a track record. Lawyers are lining up to cash in on the real green.
