leaks of a different sort

I just put one of these beauties back into service. It has been down for about one year. New burner, great combustion specs - but it now weeps. It appears to be on line with every CI intersection. I suspect the seals on the side of the CI sections have shrunk or fallen out. any ideas? Client will pull sheetmetal apart sometime later in the year to check. Stack temps are well above limits of condensation so I do not suspect that.

Try retightening the draw rods
How bad is the weeping ? Do you think it might've corroded the seal areas ? Sitting idle for a year can do a number on any rubber or neoprene seal in a boiler . Better to get to it sonner rather than later .0 -
that's just it -
I tested the boiler fluid - it's at a pH of 8.5. This leak is at 6.5. Is it possible that the seals are allowing combustion gases to escape and then condense in the insulation?0
