Raypak 2 stage gas valves.

Anyone had any experence will the 2 stage gas valves that Raypak put on their small heating boilers? There is a high/low fire that is controled with a dual aquastat. The aquastat seems to not have the proper differential because it jumps from from off, to high fire, to low fire and off. Then restarts. Shorts cycles like mad. Typical for copper boilers. Just wondered if anyone has had problems with those aquastats.

I have a little
experience with those boilers and gas valves but haven't had any real problems to this point. If it is an ongoing problem, I suggest calling RayPak and ask for tech help. They have 5 or 6 guys usually in the tech dept. and should be able to help you. I forget the ph# but it should be on their website.
Good luck0
