Have customer with 3 business offices, operation 7 days a week 9-5, wants night setback. Problem is wants employees able to change temperature during occupied time in office. If employee over rides program how can I be sure that night set back will take affect. Each offices has different heat source 1- oil fired hot air furnace,1- gas roof top hot air. 1- roof top heat pump. looking for a thermostat that can be used in all offices and can also be user friendly.

You can use a pro8000. they are universal and you can set the tstat to limit access to temp adjustment only.
Set the setback for after people leave so it can default back to programming.
They have three settings for limited access- full access, partial, and nothing (unless you know tha magic code)
I used one once to activate the "zonealone" function on a zone system. A signal to the board will default all zones to one master tstat (zone 1). I used the fan programing function to activate the zonealone.0
