Carol Fey and Tim McElwain along with others will be able to assist you much more quickly and efficiently with numbers and identification of controls, gas valves, zone valves etc. It also helps if you give Make and Model numbers on the equipment. I have a pretty extensive library of all different boilers and furnaces along with other gas appliances. Pictures are also great if they are clear and taken with good lighting.
