Installed a Weil Mclain steam boiler #sgo-4.After instillation of new boiler had problem with water spiting from 1/1/4insteam base board.to remedy problem i have boiled boiler fo mor then 20 hr.I changed house vent,vent at base board. Down fired boiler to .85*80b.I have changed pressure tro at request of manufacture.Checked pitch on pipe,added swing joint.Had reps come out to job sight no answers. Was told to raise vent at base board 12 inched and still having problem. could use any help. Thank You.

how did you size the boiler? can you post pictures ? had a similair problem on a boiler 2 yrs ago manufacturer rep wasnt very helpfl

is the baseboard element?

is it connected to the system with one pipe or two?
