Steam boiler

We have a boiler plant with Triad, gas fired, multiple, steam boilers about 800,000 BTU/hour each module.

Manufacturer claims, boilers are for steam, though the steam chest appears to be of very small volume.

When firing on full burner the water column indicates the water level varying as much as 6", which at times shuts off the individual boilers due to low watter condition.

When the capacity of the burners are reduced to about half the fluctuation is less, but still a problem, plus we can into heat the building.

Client claims that the condensate return is treated and clean.

We are willing to compensate any component person who can advise or maybe resolve this issue.
