    his multi-person, "moonlight america", residential biz because of all the moonlighting and the ensuing headaches; ie, theft, vehicle and equipment use/abuse, but stayed in biz as his only employee. lower gross, higher net, and the only headaches are his

    we're strictly commercial, and an employee would be terminated if found out to be moonlighting on company
    'turf', but since the moonlighters were doing it residential, while still using company everything, we went to gps devices. and if the company doesn't pay you enough, find one who will. and if the industry doesn't pay enough, find another trade. because all thieves belong to the, i'm entitled to more' club
