HEY WETSTOCK ATTENDEES,

John Barba, Ted Lowe and myself have decided to play a round on SUNDAY after Wetstock. That means we need a forth for our 4 some.... but maybe we should get more then a foursome. maybe 8... or 12.... or...

So far this is stricktly a casual hackers game. We have nothing formally planned as an "outing" but I am sure we can put a little friendly bet together if you want... and if we get a HuGE response we'll have a 50/50 to benefit the same cause we are attending Wetstock for.

If we have an overwhelming response I'll contact the local muni's to see if they can arrange t-times that are consecutive or close. http://www.auroragov.org/AuroraGov/Departments/Parks___Open_Space/Golf/index.htm

If anyone is local and can advise us of a better place to play we are very open to suggestions and comments.

    Sounds like a good time, I'm in. Let me know if you need help finding a good course to play. There are quite a few nice golf courses in the Denver/Suburbian area. Thorncreek, Highlands, and Applewood are a few courses that are reasonable. Bear Dance is a little bit of a drive but well worth the drive and the cost.

    Don't foget to drop a club and a half or you sea level guys will be shoot'n over the greens or drivin them! Beer even tastes better @ elevation.

    Look at Meadow Hills GC as a possibility. Nice course that's also very close to hotel, has actual grass driving range instead of carpet. Very forgiving (you can play 2 fairways @ once on some holes) and older trees, something that is not seen a lot at Denver courses.

    Oh yea, Tommy if your going to join I want 25 strokes.
