Boiler runs normal for 3-6 hrs. then dies ...Pump continues running after burner goes cold and zone valves stay open where t-stats are calling for heat.H/W module indicates code 1 (ignition lockout). This unit has hot surface ignition and whenever I stay and watch it re-lite it works perfectly every time. We have tried many things..Cleaned flame sensor, replaced one end switch repaired cross wired zone valve, removed and cleaned burner assembly, checked gas pressure and adjusted gas valve pressure. Is ther a generic wiring schematic out there of a basic 3 valve system so I could ck. the valve/ thermostat wiring?
Thanks for ANY help.

If you mean zone valve wiring, you can find a diagram at http://customer.honeywell.com. Scroll down to the lower right corner of the webpage and enter V8043 in the little white box. Click on the arrow. On the next page that comes up, click on pdf beside Installation Instructions. Then scroll down until you find the wiring diagrams.0 -
Greg look for a possible
loose ground connection. Just to be sure that is not the problem if you can not really determine that to be the cause run a new wire from burner ground on the module to the pilot, or to the gas valve.
It would help to give more info such as control numbers. Also Make and Model number of the heating unit.0
