Activating a water valve on a continous hot water heater

The heater needs a 3/4 gpm water flow. The advanced technical support at Bosch did not give a head loss but that they thought that the Taco 007 should work with its current location. Testing the heater with an open system it ignites properly. Bosch illustrates the radiant system in conjunction with potable water, I am not doing this, but Bosch technical department thought it should work.

I am using an Aquastar 125 VP in a closed circuit hydronic heat system. I put a Taco 007 circulator pump on the outlet side of the Aquastar, but it does not trigger the water valve to start the main burner. Do I need to move the circulator pump to the inlet side of the heater? Do I need a larger pump? Is there another solution? Waiting with wrench in hand, it's cold in Maine. Thank you.0 -
system headloss?
what is the system headloss/gpm?
what is the headloss/pressure loss through the bosch?
does Bosch recommend doing this? what does their piping layouts say?0
