A tenant contractor's lead and I were discussing old oil furnaces and boilers that both of us had touched and healed over the years (A kindred spirit!). and the subject of Harvey-Whipple came up. You "old" guys up in New England should be able to deal with this...they were made in Springfield Mass. as I remember. Searching on the net yielded little...have always been intrigued by the unique design, and the quality and two tone hammertone paint on the cabinets...some of Dad's customers actually waxed them! But, I really never knew much about the history of the company. I still have a logo badge from one of them, which I showed to Dan a couple of years ago when he did a seminar here in Va.
