Propress w.Steel Fittings
To all of you smart Installers that use The "Propress" Systems.(Time is Money),How about a system that Has a good Track record (O-Rings) and is made of Steel Fittings/Pipe? Is it really necessary to use Copper when you do not have Oxygen Problems? (Iron is less costly)! your Thoughts?0 -
steelpres
Hello Derheatmeister. We have very good experience with Inoxpres in stainless steel and steelpres in galvanized thin-wall tubing.

Don't know if you can get it in conservative USA, but it is very fast to install.
We use it for water or glycol brine for hydronic air conditioning, and recently got a confirmation from the italians that the galvanized version, which is 1/4 the price of inox, is also approved for glycol.
The plumbers use the galvanized version for closed systems for heating and inox for DHW and drinking water.
I live in Denmark btw0 -
Jaaa,Or Yes Tranberg now that's looking just like what we've used in germany 30 years ago. Thank you for the link and you input.Richard0 -
