I guess they are trying to move so fast, they forgot to buy ladders.
But serious, I worked there back in '93, You really have to be in the site, to grasp the enormity of the work site. Did it not take 10 years for the first complex to be built back in the late '60's and '70's to complete.
And they 're aiming for 5 years now. Good Luck.
