Hydronic Floor system troubles

Hi All,
OK I give up. I have a System 2000 with 1600sqft of hydronic floor heat, 1500 sqft of forced hot air, and a "backup" forced hot air/AC unit in the attic. The system is 4 years old and over the past 2 years its been killing me. The Hot Water heat exchanger is now constantly clogging. (2months) And this just happens to be the boiler bypass line also. So when it clogs it screws up the boiler and it starts short cycling. After this first happened, and my Oil Service company began to swap out heat exchangers ($500/each) as they would not clean them. With the circulator constantly running it then failed after 3 years of service. The parts after 2 years began costing more than the new boiler. I started doing it myself and gave up on my dealer. At first every year now every 2 months. I now realize that the installer used Anti-freeze because of the Hydronic/AC unit in the attic. And I also found the empty antifreeze can in the boiler room .When I clean the hot water heat exchanger is loaded with rusty globs that obvious cause the blocking. I am assuming that this is the Anti-Freeze starting to fail and the boiler is eating itself? True? I can see a probable path I will have to take. Flushing the entire system. Any tips on this? I am in Southern NY State and we do get very here. Do I need antifreeze in the system? The AC plenums are open from living space to the hydronic unit in the attic all year long. Any tips and hints and help is greatly appreciated.
ps. Now both Automatic air vents are failing and leaking boiler juice.
