when you see as many of this brand with these symptoms, 100% of the time is cracked HX.

Goodman Gas Pack
I have a Goodman Gas Pack about 5 years old, it keeps tripping the roll out switch, doesnot seem to have a cracked heatexchanger, seems to have good airflow. We even changed roll out switch just to be sure. It happens periodically, any ides0 -

Get a ridgid see snake and take a look and you will see a cracked heat exchanger.0 -

Maybe you will and maybe you will not see the cracks with the snake. But rest assured you have a cracked/damaged heat exchanger.0 -

I'm no fan of certain brands but shy away from condemning heat exchangers from my seat in front of the computer monitor... Perhaps the OP should seek a second opinion from a local professional? Failing ID fan or rotting collector seem equally as plausable from where I sit. :-)0 -

OR, Can it be That a Critter(Bird/Tree Rat)Was monkeying Around the Exhaust Fainted because the Furnace turned on, and then Died in the Exhaust.check for it,Seen it Before.0 -
soot in heat x, dirty inducer wheel, etc etc
Could be any of these let alone a cracked heat x. Need to look better. Pull top of unit is easiest to see heat x fully.0
