Should 180 degrees be enough

We design for 180 degrees with zero degree outdoor temp.
If it's below zero with wind chill as it will be tonight and there is no cushion built into the design, the only answer is higher temperature. I like to modulate the temp automatically with an outdoor sensor.

Should 180 degrees be enough
On really cold nights 10 degrees plus wind chill I turn up my hi limit to 200 because the house just doesn't keep up.
I have new windows. Do you guys always leave hi limit at 180 and your home is able to get to 70??0
