JUST DOING A SMALL BATH AND COSTUMER HAD AN OLD FREE STANDING C.I. RAD, GONNA REPLACE IT WITH CI BASEBOARD HAVENT DONE THIS IN A WHILE, ITS ONLY ONE PIPE SYSTEM AND I KNOW THE B.B HAS TO BE PITCHED BACK,ANY TIPS,TRICKS OR THINGS I SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR?

I have two areas with ci baseboard by A&R co. If you want them to work properly I would suggest not using 3/4 cu or black pipe. Use a bell reducer to 1" and make sure the supply stays 1" to where you can increase down the line.I personally don't like it for steam because of it's small chamber size but it can work if you keep the pipe size large enough. You'll find that if you don't pipe it full it won't matter what size vent you put on there to charge it up with steam; that small chamber won't let you. For a bathroom approximately 4ft x 4.5ft I use a two section that does the job.0
