What we all work for.

I am copying here a note that I received today from a homeowner. I am not posting it to brag about myself. I am posting it because it is so nice to have a homeowner who really appreciates hydronics.

This was a job where I set up the boiler and side arm water heater and got the manifolds all set up. He wrestled the cast iron radiators into the house and ran the PEX tubing to them.

Ahhhhhh! Nothing like the feel of warm cast iron.

Dave

I wanted to thank you for all the help with creating the hydronic system in my home. I have been heating exclusively with the radiators for over two weeks now, and nothing has exploded! I had one mysterious drip that left a half-dollar sized puddle on the floor one night, but not one drop since. There are still a few quirks I have to work out, but on the whole the system works exactly as I hoped. Your work and guidance were exceptional.

    And

" nothing has exploded " thats always a plus :)

Nice note Dave and it IS nice to get one , once in awhile.

MY favorite happened about six months back. A customer had a problem and was selling her house. She told her realtor she would call my compnay. He told her we were expensive. She said " I know, thats because they do it right ! "

How cool is that ? :)

    Notes are nice.

I had one from a job this Summer. It just said thanks for my new boiler, written on a post it note. She was my favorite customer who really appreciated the job I did. I kept that note stuck to my dashboard for a month. WW

    Appreciation!

I was pleasantly surprised when a recent homeowner not only wrote a testimonial of their experience with our new system without requesting it.

I also appreciated that they sent me a Christmas card with a family pic. Simple note attached "Still Comfy".
