no flow

What has been the outdoor temp in that area lately?(frozen pipe in an out of the way location?)
What is the system presure on your gauge? Not the system gauge. NEVER belive the system gauge. makeup a gauge 0-30 or 0-50 lb gauge on a hose thread adapter and put it on a boiler drain. MANY hydronic problems can be cured with the correct pressure.

    no flow

No heat call in one zone. Check circ and can stop vanes with a finger. Install new 15-58 w/out check. No flow. Check spinnig vanes can't stop as easy as old one. Inline springcheck seems to be ok.

System has been up and running for 4years.

Don't believe it's an airlock but bleed some anyway, thought had est. flow and leave. NOPE.

    Brain stall. Now what?

    Power

Dumb question but is it operating? Power to it? Polarity (forward versus reverse?)

Closed valve or blockage? Just fishing here and sorry to seek the obvious as you probably already have.

Yes,yes and forward. No closed valves(that I know of and I installed it). Manifold valves still open because they can't be reached.(without a sawzall)

As low as -6. Not frozen cause I purged some. 20psi on two gauges. System is two vito's, two temps, ODR, and my h/b gauge is being taken off another system that froze today( I use that thing alot)

    Thanks

    and stilled stomped

    this is way likely,...

the first go around the circ may have been contributing to a low flow condition...maybe... then after the new circ ,no flow. it sounds too much like the circ is installed against the previous flow direction ... and possibly pumping "Against"
seated check or much larger system head..
