Deposits at base of boiler panel??

in THE MAIN WALL
We have white/rust colored droplet type deposits forming at the base of one of the boiler panels. The rest of the panels including the boiler has not deposits under them.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening?

Taco Reset system with a minimum temp of 145 deg F when operating
4-zones with various setback temperatures of 50,60,65,65 deg F
System is filled with Pink glycol and there's no pink color in the deposits.
