No matter how many grounding wires you have in the box, all together, they count as a single "wire" for purposes of calculating conductor box fill.
Since you mention #12 and #14: if you've got different sized wires in the box, you count the single ground wire as though it was the largest wire in the box.

when looking at....
a j-box...it will say how many conductors can be in that box....#12 and or #14...is this # just neutrals and hots or does it also include ground wires? ty,kpc
