any experiences w/ any brands. I am looking to add one to a bath on an upper floor that will have no windows ...sounds like a neat idea...kpc

Lite pipes
Light pipes/sun tubes. I have seen the installs. Most are happy with the results. I think as long as all you require is illumination, as opposed to light(reading), should be good. Google should find most mfg.0 -

I think the big name brand is Sola Tube? They have many different light lenses to chose from and have optional supplimental lights in the tubs to give the effect at night as well and also have an exhaust fan built in for bathroom models.

It looks like slate from the big orange Box. This is not my photo so unsure of the rest of the info . But it is a light tube and was quite surprised how much light it actually brings in ...Paul0
