Need Replacement Air Handler for Hydronic System

Greetings! We are an apartment building with a 40 year old Triad Sales Corp. (Chicago) loop boiler system for heating and an 80-ton chiller for cooling.

Last week one of our elderly tenants turn the lobby into a drive-thru wiping out the built in air handler in the lobby.

We need to replace this air handler with something comparable that has in-take in the front with venting discharge out the top to ductwork. This will also be a useful reference for replacements in all of the apartments.

Dimension are roughly 24W" X 34H" X 18D".

Thank you for any help!

    Need more info

Know anything about the BTU capacity of this air handler? CFM capacity? Model # and brand of old one? 2 pipe? 3 pipe? 4 pipe?

Do not know the BTU Capacity :(

We believe the CFM is 600

Model # is TVSF-600 on Triad label located on blower

It is 2-pipe, one in and one out.

    Could you post photos

    of the point of impact?

Not that it will help us solve the heating issue, just that some of us like to watch accident sites and that one sounds awesome -provided no one was hurt of course... :)

Kidding aside, is there any connected ductwork? Grilles? Feeding pipe sizes? Those might help determine a capacity.

There are a number of manufacturers of vertical fan coil units that could fit that space. What kind of space is available (meaning what tolerance in dimensions might there be to accommodate a similar unit with varying dimensions)?
