That is the same info i am getting from others, to many problems and they are not being made any more. We just picked up a property and there is 40 of them every one is having problems. I just need to know what parts break the most so we can have them on the trucks.

lenox complete heat
Any one install this lennox product. A property that we maintain has these units. It looks like a waterheater with the gas valve on top and it is firing down. I am having problems finding info on these units.0 -
I've had the displeasure
of working on too many of the Complete Junk units.
Unfortunatly I have seen every part go bad on these things. However the most common is the electrode, followed by the burner, and the burner motor. One thing to watch for is corrosion/leakage around the eyelet welds on the top of the tank, especially if the electrode is failing.
If your stuck working on these things, it would be in your best interest to get to the next Lennox class on these things, especially since they went thru I believe 6 generations of these things, includind the last of which was subcontracted out.0
