the least expensive is a roll of plastic plumbers tape, that thin perforated strap. Cost you two nails and a bunch of cutting but it is a thin, and cheap as you can go.
Single or two hole electrical straps work as do copper coated plumbing straps. If it is a concrete or gyp pour that works, I'd worry about tube movement in metal straps if it is not in a concrete pour.
Sioux Chief and others make Tube Talons with a nail already in the clip. About 1/4" thick over the tube, however.
