injection pumping

Generally, all you need is to have the primary water source hot enough (hotter than) the secondary flow which is of course at a lower temperature. The secondary circuit does not care what the water comes out of, just that it is hot enough to mix and maintain the secondary loop temperature at a predictable rate.

Also of course you need a means to meter in that primary water, bet it a variable speed circulator or modulating control valve. In your situation this could be on the manifold head. With the manifold-valve arrangement you have to have enough differential pressure primary to secondary to enforce the transfer. With the VS Circulator, it brings it's own.

    injection pumping

I am looking to install some radiant heat by injection and wanted to know if instead of haveing the injection come off a primary loop with close spaced tees, if it could come off a basic high temp manifold and the return for the injection could go into the return manifold. The system has 2 boilers with 8 hydro coils and radiant.
