well I got off my duff and got moving on the panels.
I am plumbing them reverse return. as suggested here. I have one more panel to set. But I cracked a piece of glass for it.. so now I have to get more glass. I could not locate nor afford the correct low Iron glass. so I went with clear glass. I will order another piece Tuesday.pics

getting the right glass. I spent extra and got the glass the lets the most uv through. I think it was called Super Blue. I'm pretty happy with the performance of my homemade collector, even in the winter and cloudy days, and I think it is because of the glass. It took a little prying to get the glass guy to look for it, so don't be afraid to tell suppliers what you are doing. It motivates them sometimes.
