seen a gravity radiant floor anyone?

Did a gravity infloor for an Amish meeting hall 15+ years ago. Had help from a now retired engineer that said it was actually addressed in the pre 1960's ASHRAE manuals.

    have been asked to eyeball a system that just wasnt ever really

    If the floor is level...

    ... how would you keep it from the effects of air? I put gravity radiant in walls, but don't see how one could get floors to work reliably without a little magic ;~)
