Purging Monoflo/Glycol Job

Going to an old house next week to separate the first and second floor into 2 zones. The whole house is convectors and they are piped with diverter tees (thanks, Dan!) and there are air vents on all the convectors. This is a glycol job so I'll be using my purge pump. Circs are on the supply. Any time-saving purging tips? Thanks.

Purge and bleed with plain water in the traditional way first. Then, when all the air is out, add the amount of A/F you need. 1 gal A/F in = 1 Gal of water out. until you get the mix you are shooting for. generally 35% but no more than 50/50.

And then...
After being certain the entire system has no air left, take a few ounces out and check the protection level with an antifreeze hydrometer. Write it down, and leave a note for the next guy. Ya never know. It might be you (:-o)0
