I emailed a gent early this morning about a new set of tongs for my REMS press tool. I received a call from a differnt gent this afternoon and he verified the order and said it would be shipped Monday at the latest.

I got back to the office a little while ago and checked my email. It seems the gent I emailed first is no longer with that company but took the time to call a current employee who then called me.

Thanks Carey. The world needs more people like you.

If you don't send that guy an email and thank him...I will never be able to think of you as a "Southern Gentleman" again!

It's rare, but once in a while you'll run into a salesman like that. Good for him. Keeping the standards high is what it's all about.

I hope Chris is having fun on his vacation. Maybe he went somewhere cooler than where we are. Tell him John is now a HS graduate and Rachael is driving (with her learners license) now. See what you miss when you miss the Last Waltz?

BTW, If you're going to ISH Chicago, I'll be helping to launch a new line of German pipe clamps and tools at the Argco booth. They will stock all tongs to fit any presstool.
