Chimney design

I have a nifty spread sheet that came from a now retired PE. If you know the fuel type, total input, and chimney type, I can run a theoretical draft calculation.

Chimney design
I want to remove and replace a 29 inch dia.carbon steel chimney liner by installing a 28.5 inch dia. -304 stainless liner inside the old liner. The chimney is tied to twin 1960s North American low pressure boilers that run in parallel.(Generally one boiler on line at a time) I have talked to my state mechanical inspector who says that he thinks that the old chimneys were over designed and that 304 ss should flow better but he wants me to run my calculations through 'gamma' tables. I have not been able to find the gamma tables. Any help out there?0 -
gamma?
Gamma table? I'm learning something here.. If the inspector want u to use it, then HE should give u the informations...
What type of fuel are u using and what size and type of equipment u using? Btus, forced draft, etc0 -
