Early on, we were having issues. Probably only 12-16 units were bad. Everything is OK now.
Make sure the sensors are pushed all the way in.

Electronic Aquastats
In the past few weeks we have had three seperate occasions of electronic aquastats failing. These are the Honeywell models that are increasingly being used as high limit aquastat relays on hot water boilers. It seems like the oem's are switching over to these.
Two of them are cold start versions...One is the triple aquastat version.
Is anyone else seeing anything similar?
