domestic hot water priority

Since "pumping thru" is the trigger to a call for heat; you could, by the use of a pressure differential switch tapped into the domestic cold and the domestic hot, cut out power to the space heating pump(s)... the pumps would resume when domestic hot flow stops. Shoulda used a boiler.

Hey out there, happy new year. Thoughts please. I'm heating a basement slab through a heat exchanger supplied by a tankless for the domestic hot water. The load is small 15-18,000 btu's max. The homeowner is conserned about losing his performance on the domestic side. How can I add priority to the domestic?0 -
Ya a boiler and an indiect tank woulda been great, but the two tankless (Noritz 199,000) are existing. I would hate to add another heat source0
