Deposits on Floor?? (See Pic)

Hi,

I have deposits forming on the floor just under one of the panels of my Weil McClain Model 68 boiler.

Any idea of what this is? and/or causes this?

It doesn't have a constant drip and the boiler has pink glycol inside and the deposits are white/rust colored.
