BOILER HEATS UNEVEN ??????

The top feeds 6 rads in the back of the building and the rear backside pipe near the top feeds 6 rads in the rear of the building. The return loop connects to ALL the rads and back to the boiler.

Pressure at a MAX of 20.

I can post a picture later.

I have a hot water boiler that heats one floor (showroom) with twelve rads. All the rads are the same type and size. When the system is running, the six rads in the front of the building are VERY HOT and the rads in the rear are just HOT. I looked at the piping and the front rads are fed off the boiler's rear side outlet. The rear rads, are fed off the boiler's front top outlet. The cold return water enters the rear bottom. When the system gets HOT and the circ. pump kicks on the top front outlet pipe cools down in about a minute while the rear outlet pipe provides hot water for another minute or two. If you touch the pipes in the basement, the ones in the front of the building are HOT while the rear ones are warm. Any idea why this boiler is heating like this or why the heat is uneven?

Thank you all for your help.

The supply pipe (top) should loop all the way around thus hitting all the rads with whatever piping style you have, then back to the boiler. One zone? Can you post a pic? What is your pressure?
