Boiler recommendation....

How about the Knight from Lochinvar, or the Vitodens 200 from Viessmann. Just to name two. There are several more options available as well. However all that being said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with T/T. They make great stuff to. JMHO

    SS ModCon available...?

I've been spec'ing Triangle Tube boilers for snowmelt applications for a particular customer, it's a bank so it has to be quiet and compact. They and I are happy with the T/T, but would like to have an "or equal" in spec. to keep things competitive. Problem is, we will not use an aluminum heat exchanger, (please don't try to talk me into one, it ain't happening) and in the 100,000 to 250,000btu range it looks like T/T is the only boiler with all Stainless steel heat exchanger. Did I miss someone???

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Super...thanks,

I should have looked at the Vito 200 closer, it does fit into the range and has good reps here. The Loch I thought was an aluminum HX but it sure isn't, our catalog doesn't have any info on the Knight so I got the IOM off the net. So far these two will fill the bill very nicely. Thanks for the suggestions...!!!

I would go wit the knight,316 stainless steel heat exchanger and they now come wall hung up to 210 Btus. For the price you get alot of bells and whistles. The Vito 100 is a nice unit to but lacks the control capability the knight has.

    Knight controls

sound pretty good, but I only have the IOM's and the local Rep is going to do a dog-&-pony for me next week to get the story. They are already in the spec. book.

    Thanks...!!!
