Can be be anything, but if your having to press the reset button its a problem you should have a pro look at.

burner shutdown
my burner, carlin 100crd, has shut down the a few times over last couple days. thinking mat be filter needs to be changed, but same line attached to hot water heater and thats working fine. do you think relay or aquastat going?0 -
parts changer
you can buy a half doz. parts so many things cause a burner to shut down.the relay is a possible choice also cad cell eye or ohms may not be low enough and eye may not be readin enough resistance best bet have it fixed b 4 a cold nite so many call and say it's been doing this 4 two weeks well us techs like to sleep at nite also good luck royboy0 -

Has the system been serviced in the last year? If not, save your money guessing and get it done right..IMHO..:)0
