WHere to find 8 pitch triangular air register?

in THE MAIN WALL
I need an air register for the peak of a cathedral ceiling. It's going to pass air through a stud wall so it's mostly decorative. No luck with my online searches. Will try 2nd cup of coffee but would appreciate any leads.

    Maybe a gable end vent could work

    Used for ventilating the attic, locate an attractive one and paint it; or have a finish carpenter build one to suit.
