fine trades-folks, but if you are on or near the North Shore, Milne P&H in Manchester by the Sea are excellent. Do yourself a favor and search under the Find a Professional tab under Resources tab....type in your zip code and let us know how it works out.

Burnham installation
In a three story 1898 Victorian with a two pipe air-vent system. Thought the water hammer was normal. After reading the WALL and "We Got Steam Heat",I have many concerns and questions
Looking at "The Lost Art of Steam Heating" I realize I have BIG problems. My boiler is set up like the one on page 62 the top drawing, "the way they used to pipe steam boilers in the old days"
I don't want to lose my boiler.
The Burnham In8 was installed 1997. From the Wall, I learned no header and no Hartford loop installed as instructed in the manuel.
Who can I get in the Boston area to help me? I'm About 10 milesnorth of Boston MA0
