    looks like it will need Thrust blocks *~/:)

    that is a huge header :) on something like that ,are there swing joints built into the header or is there some special expansion joint fittings that are used on the HDPE for thermal expansion?

    I should have pointed out, I have NO personal involvement in this rink-making project. The NHL seems to be stingy in details of the mechanics of this. I do know they have two 400-ton chillers (truck mounted) connected to the system. All I can say is that's a lot of tubing, that had dozens of workers walking all over it. Who was in charge of puncture leak repair? Where do you start purging? Are they using "Outdoor" reset controls? Are they using Tacos? or "SUPER" brutes? (sorry for the puns)
