Poor Flow in Baseboard

Thank you for the feedback, Press is between 17-21psi, and I can isolate the circulator, however, I never serviced one. Regarding the float checks, I wanted to eliminate them with a venturi tee, I didn't want to redo any major piping until offseason. I guess the 'venturi tee' is not a good idea for this set up?

    Poor Circulation

I am a journeyman plumber in Trenton, NJ. I looked at a Burnham Boiler with 3 B&G #100 series Circ. Pumps. One Zone is not pulling heat evenly. The current system has 3 1 x 3/4 x 3/4 Tees with Taco Float checks . The float check farthest from supply man is 20 deg cooler on Supply , however the return at the last Baseboard of circuit is as hot approx. 170 deg. as two other zones, is it possible Circulator has "too much resistance" to pull, therefore it is reverse feeding on this circuit? I wanted to take the Tee on this circuit out, and replace with Venturi Tee also, any advice? Happy Holidays! and Thanks!

Is your pressure good? I would check the impeller on the circ as well if press is good. This will be easy if there are iso valves on the circ. The flow check could also be stuck but that would be my last guess. The returns are likely all hot due to thermal migration which is caused by poor design. Hot water rises and wants to migrate through points of little resistance regardless of call for heat or not in a multi-zone system.
