Potential siphon problem?

Is there any danger of the water being siphoned from my boiler if the water supply lines are drained which lead to the house?
There is no check valve or low water cut-off valve. Just a shut-off and a B&G pressure reducing valve.
The boiler is a Slantfin VSPH-90
2 story house on a crawl space

Siphon
There should be no problem as the PRV has a built in check valve, in some areas a backflow preventer is required on the line per code as a second safety.0
