Help with leaky condensing boiler vent piping

When our home was built I had a Monitor MZ condensing boiler installed (with a Tekmar control). For some time I have been getting water dripping from the boiler end of the outer pipe onto the top of the boiler. I eliminated rainwater as a source....visually and by the fact that the water was clearly acidic...it ate through the tin pan I was using to keep the dripping from going into the boiler housing or down the wall. The vent pipe run has 2 "horizontal" runs (one exiting the boiler and the other going through the exterior wall) interrupted by a shorter vertical portion in the middle. The gaskets at the pipe union points have been replaced and the problem is still there. Any thoughts on solving this problem now and preventing it in the future?
