converting 3 season porch

We are considering our heating options for our former 3 season porch on the back side of our attached garage. We have 3 zones of HWBB and are thinking of adding a zone of radiant to heat the porch. The floor of the porch is concrete on grade. What is the recommended approach for applying a radiant loop over a concrete floor?
