Read the book I am thinking that WM requires about a ph of 8. Check out Rhomar water systems they are endorsed by WM to provide water treatment services for WM Boilers.

boiler water
I am going to be installing an ultra boiler out in the country. I am told that it should have soft water to it. The house is on a rural water supply, not a pump. I called the water utility and they said their water was from 7 to 17 parts per million of hardness. What do you guys say.
Thank you Joe0
