I just saw that my 24 year old BG series 100 pump is leaking. what do you think.... rebuild / replace?0 -
B&G 100
24 years old is their anything else to say probablly the best pump of its kind. 2nd one since 1962 in mothers house and still going strong.0 -
I'd replace it
newer pumps don't need periodic oiling and have fewer moving parts. Tell us more about your system and we should be able to recommend a replacement.

RED thing
Mine lasted about 7 yrs then problems. I oiled it every year. I think you are better off with a taco 007. MY 2 bits.0 -
Or......
.......a 010 -011 would be better.We still don't know the system .But I agree...

equiv. wet rotors
Taco -0010 & B&G NRF-33 have the closest pump curves; the -007 & NRF-22 have lower curves, though might be better suited if it's a small residential system.0
